Some Coupang customers might know they can choose their preferred delivery time while other might not.
On Coupang, products are often marked with a guaranteed delivery date or same-day delivery guarantee.
Depending on the time of order, the delivery guarantee can vary and Coupang allows customers to know the estimated delivery time to their doorstep.
So, when do Coupang QuickFlex delivery drivers work?
1. Daytime
Daytime deliveries vary by Coupang camp, but typically, packages are scanned and sorted by delivery location between 9:00 and 10:00 AM.
This process takes about an hour to an hour and a half due to delivery truck arrival time to camp.
And delivery car - Box Truck(Top cha) departs around 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Then, second round of deliveries arrives at each regional camp around 3:30 PM, with fresh products included in this batch.
Pakcages guaranteed for delivery by 8:00 PM are handled during this time.
Staff members at camp (called by 'Assistant') ensure that deliveries are made on time, especially those promised for same-day delivery by 8:00 PM.

- 1st Round : Departure around 9:00 ~10:30 AM. then return to camp.
- 2nd Round : Departure around 3:00 ~ 3:30 PM, deliveries completed by 8:00 PM (Fresh products only).

Night deliveries vary by camp but typically start work at 9:00 PM.

Quick Flex drivers can choose different shifts, either day or night, each with its own advantage and disadvantage;
Here is the each advantage and disadvantage of each shift;
Daytime delivery;
- Work during the day and sleep at night (Obviously, night delivery drivers do not)
- Better visibility during the day.
- Heavier traffic during the day, especially during rush hour, can slow down deliveries.
- Pay rate is lower but there are more packages than at night.
- Large sized packages are sometimes a lot, making it difficult for Starex to handle.
Night delivery;
- Work at night and sleep during the day (Sleep can be difficult but the time is used efficiently)
- Poor visibility at night and require a flashlight. (Not necessary for underground apartment commplexes)
- Less traffic at night, allowing for faster deliveries.
- Pay rate is higher but there are fewer packages than during the day.
- Smaller items are typical but not very small, just fewer large packages than daytime deliveries.
Night delivery can be made with both Box truck(Top Cha) and Starex car.
