Coupang Quick Flex- Real advantage vs disadvantage

Coupang QuickFlex has been preferred by many people recently due to its unique features.
On the other hand, many people also struggle with their shortcomings.
Herein, I am listing the realistic advantages and disadvantages below.;

1. Real-world advantages:
1) you can expect high profits.
The amount received is higher than that of other companies, and since it is calculated per gift (delivery item), the more the delivery quantity, the higher the profit.
Of course, it is natural that the more q'ty there is, the more physically difficult it is.
2) Work hours are set by a certain time to be completed, but instead of doing so by that time like in other companies, you can leave work immediately after the day's delivery ends. 
3) Although it is an outside job, there is almost no face-to-face contact with customers. 
4) There is no hierarchical relationship like a regular company. 
Except for the agency boss, everyone else is colleagues or field colleagues who provide a lot of cooperation and encouragement. 
5) There is no need to do any additional work at home outside of delivery business hours. 
6) There are many distributors that can work 5 days a week. 
You can work hard for 5 days if you want, recharge for 2 days in a row, or go on a trip if you want. 
There are also many agencies that request 6 days a week. 

2. Real-world disadvantages: 
1) Physical activity requires a lot of physical strength and you must take care of your own health. 
2) Most activities take place outdoors, so it takes longer on snowy/rainy days. 
In case of heavy rain or heavy snow, safety issues must also be considered. 
However, an exception would be if the delivery is delivered to a 100% apartment underground parking lot. 
3) Day-off on public holidays and holidays must be coordinated with your agency. 
Back-up drivers must take time off, taking into account other regular technicians’ holidays. 
4) You must purchase a delivery vehicle (truck or sterex). 
5) You should always keep in mind that your fixed router position may be taken away depending on the performance rate (working on public holidays, incorrect delivery, freshback/return collection rate, etc.). 

It is true that there are disadvantages like the above, but if you started something after a long period of hard thinking, you should have a positive mindset and work hard, right?
